In the fall of 1998, NetPotential coordinated substantial content development and production for the redesign of this ministry's Web site. This included training the client's communications staff in writing for the Web. Noel Harding's "the Elevated Wetlands"

From July 1996 until its launch in October 1998, NetPotential undertook a broad-range communications program to support "the Elevated Wetlands," a functioning ecological artwork located in Toronto by the Don Valley Parkway and Don River. This included the development and maintenance of the project's Web site on a limited budget. This project was supported by the Canadian Plastics Industry Association's Plastics + Art initiative along with many other corporate sponsors from within the plastics sector and beyond, as well as by the community.
