Website review and redesign

Ontario Pension Board website link

As part of its strategy to support its new vision, the Ontario Pension Board was to develop a dynamic and highly interactive site.

This included adding new modeling tools, providing access to basic pension information and enabling web-assisted transactions for simple and routine services, while moving to a new Web platform and content mangement system.

We reviewed the website to identify its current strengths and weaknesses related to design and navigation, accessibility, content development and organization, content management, functionality and interactivity. We recommended related redevelopment opportunities to enhance the user experience and support multi-level objectives.

Although the navigation framework for streaming stakeholders was retained, the navigation architecture for members and pensioners became more life-cycle driven. The primary landing pages were used to present key messages and drive users to action and to related key content and services. We partnered with G+A Int’l on delivering the design and wireframe templates.
