In 2001, ONPHA represented about 700 non-profit housing corporations across Ontario to federal, provincial, and municipal governments and delivered a full array of member services.
ONPHA’s first gen website was launched in 1997 to service members and stakeholders. It was maintained externally and growing organically.
Three years later, ONPHA was facing a changing environment as the administration of non-profit housing funding programs was devolving from the federal and provincial governments to municipalities.
The website was key to servicing members and stakeholders throughout the province, so it was imperative to make this growing resource easy to navigate and easier to maintain in-house.
